a. Vendors & Essential Service Providers

The Company is committed to handling such Information carefully, whether financial Information or personally identifiable data. From the occasional collection of tangible paperwork and contracts, the Company will never keep hardcopy files that could be misplaced, duplicated or easily accessed. All Information collected is stored digitally, on cloud storage systems where applicable, and backed up to an encrypted hard drive solely used for the operation of the Company. The Company uses secure socket layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your payment Information, and the Company encrypts any personally identifiable information when sent over the Internet. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. However, this is why the Company strives to use commercially acceptable services to execute the core of digital media services and delegate consistent focus to the safekeeping of the data provided, though it is never guaranteed.
By using the Company Services or providing personally identifiable Information, you agree that the Company may communicate with you electronically, whether opted in for promotional communications, but without question, upon matters of security, Privacy and any administrative issues related to your use of the Services.

9. Privacy of Children
The Company does not cater, advertise or provide services to children under age 13. In addition to use of Company Services, you must meet the minimum age requirement applicable to Company Services in your jurisdiction.
The Company does not willingly, or with awareness or intent, collect Personally Identifiable Information from children under age 13. Where a child aged 13 or below has provided the Company with identifiable Information without your consent as a parent or Guardian, you may fill out this form to request such Information.
During the event the Company becomes aware that Personal Information correlating to a child under the age of 13 (or under the age of 16 in certain jurisdictions, such as European Union member states) is collected, the Company will take immediate steps to delete such Information from its files, storage, and servers.

a. Alberta PIPA Compliance
Following suit to Alberta PIPA Compliance— the Company only collects the minimum amount of Personal Information adequate for service delivery. Throughout the booking process, the Company will provide the appropriate photography use and release in conjunction with, when applicable, appropriate forms for minors. Under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia, the Company strives for the utmost security and transparency in which the Company incorporates Personal Identifying Information through the articulated Policy and items described corresponding to this Policy. Upon contacting the Company directly, British Columbia residents bear no restrictions when seeking to access, correct, or withdraw their consent.
