a. Vendors & Essential Service Providers

The Company may share Information received in conjunction with vendors and service providers. Service providers incorporated by the Company are only those with installed trust and reputation among Personal Information, including service providers for (i) web hosting, analytics, and related services, (ii) third-party product manufacturers & preparation centres, (iii) payment processing, fraud protection, credit risk reduction; (iv) customer service activities such as inquiries and shipping; and (v) in connection with the provision of the Services. c. Marketing

f. Mergers or Obligatory Asset Transfers

Please note that even if you opt-out, the Company may still collect and use non-personal identifying Information, such as your activity on the Company Service or interactions with advertisements on third-party channels or across the Internet for non-interest-based advertising purposes, such as to determine the effectiveness of the Company advertisements between a specific audience. 

 

a. Digital Communications

All Clients have the right to opt out, known as the unsubscribing of digital-based communications, such as email, text and phone communications, at any time. To opt out of marketing-based material via these channels, you can manage your preferences accordingly by using the unsubscribe or opt-out links listed in the history of each communication channel. The Company will process your request as timely as possible, within a reasonable time after your request, to best apply with applicable jurisdictional laws. The Company will continue to send you non-promotional service emails concerning your account, such as emails relating to services, billing, payment Information, outstanding accounts and other emails relating to the nature of services, your account and/or your use of the Site.

 

b. Direct Mail

Under no circumstances does the Company operate with direct mail to communicate with Clients. Billing and/or shipping addresses may be collected and processed through postal services in conjunction with corresponding Information subject to orders via the Online shop hosted by the Company.

Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a Privacy setting available in web browsers that allows users to indicate their preference to limit the collection of their online activity across different websites and services over time. While the Company acknowledges the existence of DNT signals, the Company does not modify data collection and usage practices based on such preferences. While serving the public with digital media services, the Company rests knowingly throughout the safety and satisfaction of the Client that spares trustingly. The Company is committed to handling such Information carefully, whether financial Information or personally identifiable data. From the occasional collection of tangible paperwork and contracts, the Company will never keep hardcopy files that could be misplaced, duplicated or easily accessed. All Information collected is stored digitally, on cloud storage systems where applicable, and backed up to an encrypted hard drive solely used for the operation of the Company. The Company uses secure socket layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your payment Information, and the Company encrypts any personally identifiable information when sent over the Internet. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. However, this is why the Company strives to use commercially acceptable services to execute the core of digital media services and delegate consistent focus to the safekeeping of the data provided, though it is never guaranteed.

 

By using the Company Services or providing personally identifiable Information, you agree that the Company may communicate with you electronically, whether opted in for promotional communications, but without question, upon matters of security, Privacy and any administrative issues related to your use of the Services. 

 

In the event of a security breach, the Company may attempt to notify you electronically by posting a notice on the Services or to notify you via email. Whether opted or not, the Company has a legal obligation, followed by the right of the Client, to receive this notice in writing.

 

Personal Information such as described in this Policy is retained for as long as you use the Company Services or as necessary to fulfil the purposes for collection, that Services or as appropriate to fulfil the purpose(s) specified for collection, provided Company services, resolve disputes, establish legal defences, complete audits, conduct legitimate business purpose, enforce Company agreements and comply with applicable laws. In terms of service termination, or the Information is no longer required to perform Services- the Company will destroy and erase personally identifiable Information willingly provided by the Client, as per Company data retention policies and applicable Law. Legal requirements, however, may require the Company to retain some or all of the Personally Identifiable Information the Company holds as per legal jurisdictions, proceeding longer than the intended time the Company might store it otherwise. 

 

9. Privacy of Children

The Company does not cater, advertise or provide services to children under age 13. In addition to use of Company Services, you must meet the minimum age requirement applicable to Company Services in your jurisdiction.

 

The Company does not willingly, or with awareness or intent, collect Personally Identifiable Information from children under age 13. Where a child aged 13 or below has provided the Company with identifiable Information without your consent as a parent or Guardian, you may fill out this form to request such Information.

 

During the event the Company becomes aware that Personal Information correlating to a child under the age of 13 (or under the age of 16 in certain jurisdictions, such as European Union member states) is collected, the Company will take immediate steps to delete such Information from its files, storage, and servers.

 

The Company will terminate any account created by the child unless adequate consent of the Guardian is verified.

Considering the classification of a Sale per California law is not determined, the Company currently does not sell your Information.

However, the Client reserves the right to delete portions of the requested Information, such as for legitimate business ventures by the Company; categories of Personal Information may be subject to safekeeping for compliance with applicable Law.

​

Following suit to Alberta PIPA Compliance— the Company only collects the minimum amount of Personal Information adequate for service delivery. Throughout the booking process, the Company will provide the appropriate photography use and release in conjunction with, when applicable, appropriate forms for minors. b. British Columbia PIPA Compliance

Under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia, the Company strives for the utmost security and transparency in which the Company incorporates Personal Identifying Information through the articulated Policy and items described corresponding to this Policy. Upon contacting the Company directly, British Columbia residents bear no restrictions when seeking to access, correct, or withdraw their consent. The Company stores personal data on secure servers with strictly enforced and restricted access to authorized personnel. c. Quebec Law 25 Compliance

a. Payment Processors

When purchasing the Services- The Company processes payments via a third-party processor. Circumstances may occur where the applicable third party may collect certain Financial Information from you to process a payment on behalf of the Company.

 

Payment Processing Information may include your phone, name, email, address, billing, and the use and storage of your Financial Information, governed by third-party terms, conditions and Privacy Policies.

 

If the Client applies for or enrols in a financing offer through one of the listed financing partners, the Client must provide their Information to that financing partner.
