This photography package caters to the needs of listing agents and real estate brokerages catering to the sales of independent private properties. These images run without interference to your entity, as directed for commercial use without appropriate accrediting required. Blake Ferguson Photography is happy to stay under the radar while providing you with an outright licence, whether printed classifieds or digital listings. This Photography Package Includes: • Complimentary pre-photoshoot consultation after paid deposit. • Three On-Location Sessions advised by the Client. ⁃ Photography only of Interior & Exterior for three different locations. • This Session will last up to 3 hours. • 45 Final Images, including Post-Production. • Deliverable turn-around time between 2-5 days. • Accessible via Online Download for 60 days. • Lifetime File Access Guarantee. • Unlimited Promotional Use, Digital (Without Accreditation). • Commercial Licence Granted, without Ownership. • Printing Rights for listings or advertisements.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Client Responsibility for Cancellation or Rescheduling In the event of negligent cancellation, if the Company arrives at the specified location corresponding to the booking details, the Client will be responsible for paying 50% of the remaining balance. Please see *Overdue Invoices for interest accumulation. Interference by Weather Due to weather conditions, personal emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, the Company reserves the right to reschedule the booked session date and time without charges. Should the weather affect the scheduled outdoor Service in the event of a 40% chance of precipitation or above, The Company will contact you via your preferred contact method to reschedule the photo session at no additional cost. Pre-Paid Deposits & Client Force Majeure To reserve the indicated Service for a specified date, the Company must receive 50% of the service billing as a retainer to hold your selected date firm. This fee is non-refundable unless the Client is affected by force majeure, in which case rescheduling will occur based on a session continuation. A card on file is required, but various payment methods are welcome. Overdue Invoices Invoices are indicated due correlating to with the date listed upon receipt. The Client and/or Customers must provide accurate information when submitting purchases online. After the 10th day of an overdue invoice, the invoice will be redelivered to the Client, adjusted to compensate a late fee of 25% of the final agreed-upon total price. All clients are advised to read and understand their full rights and responsibilities via the Terms of Service page.
