Piece by piece, little by little— it’s a rewarding factor to look-back overtime and see the results of growth demonstrated. Creatives and even developers know how it feels to watch the small wins stack-up in effect to the bigger picture.

Although it’s taken me away from more photography-based pursuits, it has steered the ship for driving creative strategy and bolstering brand placement. Incorporating the right people, personalities, and professionals into our workflows leads to a renowned feeling of team-built success and orchestrating the impact-based thrill we seek as artists. That is the vibe with Strict Standards Streetwear.

We must recognize that our missions are grander than ourselves, where I push for personal growth, perseverance and the means to maintain consistency with photography sessions and creation of fine-art images. I often find success seamlessly when a third party is involved or when my energy channels outside of matters of just myself. My upcoming works have been making waves, but let me bring you up to speed with a quick glimpse before diving into the Graphic Design showcase ahead.

Though floating fun-filled creative works to the back burner is never ideal, persisting through measures bigger than self helps me regain composure from within. While stepping up, the self-expression I have achieved through my graphic design collaborations with this independent clothing line has contributed significantly to my personal growth.

The passage of time has been swift, particularly with the various responsibilities associated with Strict Standards Streetwear. While I regret the neglect of some noteworthy photographic sessions and graphic design projects, I also recognize the significant potential that arises from collaborating with dynamic partners, which presents numerous opportunities for growth and development.

The role of collaborative and community-oriented engagement has been instrumental in my mindset as an independent artist. The opportunity to connect with small, tightly-knit groups fosters a continuous exchange of passion and creativity behind the branded visuals. Once a creator or digital artist discovers their ideal environment- departing from it becomes unlikely.

Onto the project at hand! Where leveraging an exclusive group, known as the ‘Clique’— loyalty formed as demand was high. Known as Strict Standards, not everyone was accepted, but it opened the door to implement car culture personalities as official representatives.

Where, with great purpose- I became deeply engaged in the meticulous execution of each visualization created. The primary objective was to formally introduce and celebrate the integration of a new Clique Member, whether as a Media Contributor or Build Representative. This process included a significant infographic announcement designed to illustrate the newly established relationships.

In 2020, it is essential to complement a significant announcement on social media with an engaging infographic that effectively captures attention, which simply drives more engagements, and in this case, many users saved as inspiration to revisit later.

These infographic announcements have evolved over the years, and we did not prioritize a streamlined approach to fluidity from the start of the series. Each piece, while distinct and presented in a new format for each announcement, cohesively connects over time without causing any disruption to Brand Identity. However, as a hoader of PSDs, these are set for effective redistribution with new content, capping these as the most recent.

As much as I enjoyed preparing these infographic announcement concepts for social media, each member treated their designed graphic as a token of novelty. One of my fellow automotive photographers, Tarik Shalha, also known as Unlucky Cat Media, printed his out for his at-home office space to keep him inspired in content creation.

As a member of the Clique at Strict Standards Streetwear, I have gained the opportunity to engage with fellow custom car enthusiasts and automotive photographers who share similar perspectives, goals and passions while underlying a supportive collective of individuals. The themes of custom cars and stance culture have always been intrinsic to my experiences alongside my brother, Behn. However, I had not fully comprehended the profound impact that these manifestations could have on fostering relationships within the context of Strict Standards Streetwear.

While we aim to keep the celebratory announcements short, sweet and to the point, if you want to learn more about Strict Standards Streetwear, you can do so by tapping in with the intricate Case Study prepared below. Through years of marketing-infused visuals and apparel and clothing design concepts, Strict Standards has provided me with graphic design opportunities and experience as an entrepreneur.

Thank you to all photographers who have captured the Clique and shown their gratitude towards the graphic designs and visual edits applied to their photographs on social media platforms! I have been honoured to be behind the scenes at Strict Standards Streetwear and connect with individuals who appreciate my creative work on a global scale while improving the mechanics to expand this same opportunity for others through this renowned platform based in London, Ontario.

Rest assured, there are plenty of more in-depth Insights, followed by sheer Japanese street style as I highlight the fluid success and consistent organic marketing efforts behind the Strict Standards Streetwear Brand.
